Provisions Relating To Automatic Approval Process May Be Made
(1) The Government of Nepal may execute services ranging from the registration to dissolution of and matters including the type of industries, nature of industries and threshold of investments in accordance with this Act and other prevailing laws through the automatic route to make the procedures relating to the administration of industries simple, easy and predictable.
(2) Other provisions relating to the procedures for automatic approval under subsection (1) shall be as prescribed.
